Full 12-Month Cover
Every SparkPen is protected against manufacturing defects for a full year from delivery.
Repair, Replace or Refund
If we confirm a defect, we repair or replace it free — or refund you if we can't.
We Cover the Shipping
On a confirmed defect, the replacement and its shipping are on us — not you.
What the warranty covers
Your 12-month warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship — the things that are on us, not you.
Covered
- A tip that won't heat up or preheat properly
- Motor or filament-feed failure
- A battery that won't hold a charge
- A faulty USB-C port or charging cable
- Unresponsive buttons or internal electronics
- Any defect that was present from day one
Not covered
- Accidental or physical damage (drops, crushing)
- Water or liquid damage
- Normal wear, scratches & cosmetic marks
- Misuse or not following the instructions
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or tampering
- Filament refills (a consumable) & lost or stolen pens
- Pens not bought from ZORVIX or an authorized seller

Our team reviews your claim within 2 business days and confirms the next step — quick and hassle-free.
Repair, replace or refund
For a confirmed defect we repair or replace your SparkPen free of charge. If neither is possible, we'll refund you.

We cover the shipping on confirmed defects and get your replacement moving right away.

Starts on your delivery date
Your warranty runs for 12 months from the day your SparkPen arrives — no registration or activation needed. Just keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Shipping on confirmed defects
If we confirm a manufacturing defect, the replacement and its shipping are fully covered by ZORVIX. A photo or short video usually tells us everything we need.
Warranty vs. returns
Just changed your mind? That's a return, not a warranty claim — you have 15 days from delivery to send it back. The warranty is specifically for manufacturing defects within 12 months. For change-of-mind returns, see our Returns & Refunds page.
