Processed in 1–2 Days
Most orders leave our facility within one to two business days of payment.

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking (where available) as soon as your order ships.
Duties Covered
All customs duties & taxes are included — no surprise fees at your door.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery varies by destination, carrier, customs and seasonal volume. These are typical ranges, not guaranteed dates.
Processing time (1–2 business days) is additional to the transit times above. Holidays, launches and peak periods may extend processing slightly.

Within 1–2 business days your SparkPen is carefully packed and handed to the carrier.
Tracking sent
You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available). It can take a few days to start updating.

Your order arrives within the estimated window — duties and taxes already covered.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it's shown clearly before you pay.
Duties & taxes
All import duties and taxes are included in your order. You won't be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel is delivered.

Correct shipping address
Please double-check your address before ordering. If you entered the wrong one, email hello@zorvixlab.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.
Delays or lost parcels
Customs, weather, carrier issues, holidays or peak volume can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated window, email hello@zorvixlab.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
