How to return your order

Email us
Write to hello@zorvixlab.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 24 hours.
Get your return instructions
We'll email you the return address and simple instructions. For standard returns the return shipping is covered by you; if the item is faulty or wrong, we cover it.
Pack it up
Place the item back in its original packaging with all accessories included, ready to send.
Drop it off & relax
Hand it to the carrier. Once it arrives and passes a quick check, your refund is on its way.
What can be returned
To keep things fair and hygienic for every family, a few conditions apply.
Eligible for return
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- Unused & in original condition — original packaging where possible
- All accessories & filaments included
- Faulty or damaged on arrival — report within 7 days and we cover everything
Not eligible
- Returned after the 15-day window
- Used filament refills (for safety & hygiene)
- Items returned without prior approval
Refunds & timing

When you'll see your refund
As soon as your return is received and approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method. How quickly it appears is then decided by your bank or card provider — usually 5–10 business days.
On faulty or wrong items
If anything arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full and send a replacement right away — just send us a photo.
